In the context of your visit to the site (hereinafter, the "Site"), MY LUMI - (hereinafter, the "Publisher") collects and processes personal data about you as a user of the Site (hereinafter the "User(s)"). Any information relating to a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly (for example, name, first name, identifier, e-mail address, location data, etc.) is personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data" or "Data").

This Charter is governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with French law.

In the event of a dispute concerning the processing of their Personal Data in the context of the operation of the Site, Users and the Publisher undertake to seek an amicable solution beforehand and in good faith. Failing that, Users may file a claim with the relevant supervisory authority or refer the matter to the relevant courts.
